1. Wholesale Eligibility

• This site is intended for approved wholesale customers only.

• We reserve the right to verify wholesale status and decline or cancel orders that do not meet wholesale requirements.

2. Ordering & Minimums

• Opening order minimum: $150.

• Reorders: $100 minimum.

• Orders must be placed through our wholesale website or an authorized sales representative.

3. Pricing

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and reflect wholesale pricing.

• Suggested retail pricing (MSRP) may be provided for reference.

• Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Payment Terms

• We accept credit card, ACH, and approved net-30 terms.

• Orders will not ship until payment is received or terms are approved in writing.

• Past due accounts may be subject to late fees and order holds.

5. Shipping

• All orders ship FOB warehouse (Palm Coast, FL).

• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be added to the invoice.

• We make every effort to ship orders within 5–7 business days.
