Welcome to Rattle and Roll Toy Company. By accessing our website at rattleandrolltoys.com and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Wholesale Accounts

Rattle and Roll Toy Company is a wholesale distributor serving approved retail partners only. To place an order, you must first submit a retailer application and receive account approval from our team. We reserve the right to approve or deny any application at our sole discretion.

2. Territory

Rattle and Roll Toy Company sells and ships exclusively within the United States. We do not accept orders from or ship to international destinations, including U.S. territories. By placing an order, you confirm that your business operates within the United States and that all products purchased will be sold within the U.S. market.

3. Products and Pricing

We are the exclusive North American distributor for Balibazoo and GiliGums baby toys, manufactured by Dumel in Poland. All products listed on our website are intended for wholesale purchase by approved retailers. Pricing is subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

4. Order Minimums

All orders are subject to the following minimums:

• Minimum 2 units per item
• Minimum 4 units per order (mix and match)

5. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of checkout. We accept all major credit cards and standard Shopify payment methods. Orders will not be processed until payment is received and confirmed.

6. Shipping and Fulfillment

All orders ship free of charge within the United States. Orders are fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) and shipped via standard ground service. Delivery times are typically 3–5 business days depending on location. Rattle and Roll Toy Company is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been submitted for fulfillment. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@rattleandrolltoys.com.

8. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for unsold inventory, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

Exceptions — Defective or Damaged Products:
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged during shipping, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@rattleandrolltoys.com with the following:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged or defective item(s)
• Photos of the shipping packaging

Upon review and approval, we will replace the affected units or issue store credit at our discretion. We do not issue cash refunds.

Shortages:
If your order arrives with missing units, you must report the shortage within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging. Confirmed shortages will be fulfilled at no additional cost.

9. MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) Policy

All Balibazoo and GiliGums products distributed by Rattle and Roll Toy Company are subject to our Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy. Retailers must not advertise or sell products below the established MAP pricing. Violation of the MAP policy may result in account suspension or termination.

10. Amazon Resale Restriction

Products purchased from Rattle and Roll Toy Company may not be resold on Amazon.com or any Amazon marketplace. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of your wholesale account and may result in legal action.

11. Product Safety and Compliance

All Balibazoo and GiliGums products are manufactured in compliance with applicable U.S. safety standards, including CPSIA and ASTM F963. Product testing documentation is available upon request.

12. Intellectual Property

All brand names, logos, product images, and content on this website are the property of Rattle and Roll Toy Company, LLC, Balibazoo, GiliGums, or Dumel and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Retailers may use approved brand assets for the purpose of reselling our products. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability

Rattle and Roll Toy Company, LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the products in question.

14. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any wholesale account at any time for violation of these terms, including but not limited to MAP policy violations, Amazon resale, or misrepresentation on the retailer application.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website and placement of orders constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Flagler County, Florida.
