I love that this ball is reversible because it actually gets used for more than just a few weeks. When my daughter was a newborn, she was mesmerized by the high-contrast black and white patterns, but now that she’s older, she likes rolling it around to look at the colorful letters and numbers.It’s soft and plush, so I don’t have to worry about her bonking herself in the face when she’s shaking it. The jingle bell inside is a nice touch—it’s a gentle sound, not one of those loud, annoying rattles. It’s small enough for her to grasp easily but sturdy enough to survive being tossed around. It’s definitely one of the more practical "early learning" toys we’ve bought.
Love this toy so much more than I expected. It’s bigger than I thought, which is perfect, and I love that you can flip it inside out for the black-and-white newborn side. My son is obsessed with the high-contrast patterns, and then the colorful ABCs and numbers will be great as he gets older. It feels really well-made and holds its shape even after lots of squeezing and rolling. The fabric is soft but sturdy, and the stitching looks solid, so I can see it lasting a long time. I threw it in the washing machine and had no issues. It’s soft, super easy to grab, and the little jingle sound is really sweet, not loud or annoying. A smart, cute toy that grows with your baby. So glad I got it!
